About The NHSPC:
 Aloha and welcome to
NHSPC - home of the National Home Stagers Protégé
Club. Since the late 1970's our stagers have been staging
homes of all types, styles, sizes and in a wide variety
of price ranges. Today, we not only stage homes,
but, what we also offer is full-service, next generation, cutting edge
"Real Estate Merchandising and Home Staging Course", combined with
what we call "PsyOp Staging®". This is our
very own patent pending creation; our unique brand,
technique and system of staging homes. We developed
this system
as a way to take the home staging industry to the next level.
With our system, we have implemented strategies
that make homes sell even faster and easier then homes that are staged the ordinary, old-school,
old fashioned traditional way. With our
PsyOp Staging®
System,
the staging process becomes easier, more efficient and more effective! Our approach to staging makes
much more sense in today's difficult and challenging
Real Estate market and down economy, because it addresses the needs and realities of
today's more competitive home selling environment. In 2007, we began staging homes in Hawaii. Today, our staging business, Million Dollar Stagers (MDS) primarily targets luxury properties and serves markets nationwide. Through MDS, we currently have stagers lined up to represent us in Hawaii, Southern California; Seattle Washington; and Eugene, Oregon. We are also currently looking for new stagers to work with us in other areas, and this could be potentially one of the many benefits to learning and training through NHSPC. Our training program: We have many happy and satisfied students and graduates of our program. We first started offering and providing formal stager training in 2008. Our first offerings started out as one-on-one personal tutoring sessions. As time went by, we began conducting small group training sessions, in combination with individualized personal training. Over the past 3 plus years, not only have our students learned a lot about staging, but we have also learned a lot about how to train our students. Our course has evolved, and we have been very busy tweaking and refining our materials and our techniques. Today, we are happy and very excited to be able to offer the results of over 4 years of research, development and experience in home stager training to students throughout the entire United States. Our new Real Estate Merchandiser & Home Staging Pro Online Training and Certification Program is now available and is fully accessible online so students can learn at their own pace and receive our training no matter where they are or when they have available time. Our NHSPC training program offers you a way to learn a one-of-a-kind, innovative, up to date and creative approach to home staging, along with the "merchandising" aspect that is not available anywhere else!
